1. Project Brief

CNDU Fabrics

E-Commerce Clothing & Fabrics

Duration

3 Months

Client Background:

CNDU Fabrics started in 2013 under the brand CNDU Designer Studio. The founder, a fashion designer and MBA graduate, began by offering free fashion design courses on YouTube. Over the years, growing demand led to expansion into fabric designing and sales. By 2024, the brand launched its e-commerce website www.CNDU.in and opened a physical store. Beyond fashion, CNDU Fabrics is committed to empowering women through employment opportunities while delivering high-quality fabrics and clothing.

2. Project Overview

The Big Idea:

The client wanted to move from manual WhatsApp and YouTube-based orders to a professional e-commerce platform. The new platform needed to give customers a seamless shopping experience—browsing, wishlisting, purchasing securely—while giving admins full control over inventory, products, and offers.

Challenges & User Pain Points

Before CNDU Fabrics went digital, both the business and its customers faced several challenges that limited growth and satisfaction.
